Refund and Return Policy
Any products sold will carry a 180-days limited warranty for any manufacturing defects and it should be returned back to us at the below address shown below through any of the standard transport service and proof of the dispatch such as the airway bill, Invoice, etc has to be submitted to us by e-mail to customerservice@hammocksindia.com. Upon receipt of the product, we will initiate a 100% refund for the value of the goods purchased to the same bank account, the credit card used for purchasing the product. We can also arrange a reverse pick up and prepaid label will be sent in case if you are unable to send the package by your own.
